Grade One Fasteners — A Timeline
Founded in Mumbai
Grade One Fasteners established in Mazgaon, Mumbai as a specialty fastener supply company serving local construction and engineering clients.
First Manufacturing Unit
Opened first in-house manufacturing unit with CNC thread-rolling and cold forging equipment. Began producing hex bolts, nuts and threaded rods in-house.
ISO 9001 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, establishing formal quality management systems across all manufacturing and supply operations.
Export Operations Begin
Started exporting to GCC countries. Built EN 10204 3.1 MTC capabilities and third-party inspection approvals for international supply.
NABL Lab Commissioned
Launched NABL-accredited in-house testing laboratory. Expanded product range to 3000+ SKUs including SS 304/316, high-tensile and alloy steel grades.
