Product Enquiries & Quotations

Customers may submit enquiries through our website, email, telephone or other available communication channels.

Product availability, pricing, specifications, delivery schedules and other commercial terms may vary depending on the product, quantity, material, grade, dimensions and customer requirements.

Quotations do not have a fixed validity period unless a specific validity period is expressly mentioned in the quotation. Customers may place orders based on the applicable quotation and subject to confirmation by Grade One Fasteners.

Product Specifications

Custom Fasteners

Order Confirmation

The company reserves the right to review product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms and delivery requirements before confirming an order.

Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the nature of the order, product, customer requirements and commercial agreement.

• 100% advance payment may be required against a Proforma Invoice for certain orders.
• 30% advance payment may apply to certain orders.
• 50% advance payment may apply to certain orders.
• The applicable payment terms shall be communicated and agreed before order processing.

Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product type, quantity, material, grade, manufacturing requirements, order specifications and other relevant factors.

Typical delivery timelines may range from approximately 7 days to 4 weeks, depending on the order.

Any delivery timeline communicated by Grade One Fasteners shall be an estimated timeline unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Inspection & Quality Documentation

Inspection, testing or quality documentation may be provided where applicable and where requested by the customer or agreed as part of the order requirements.

Any specific inspection, testing or certification requirement should be communicated before order confirmation.

Returns, Replacement & Complaints

Customers are required to inspect the supplied material upon receipt.

Any complaint regarding incorrect, defective or non-conforming material must be communicated to Grade One Fasteners within 10 days from the date the material is received.

Claims received after this period may not be considered. Any replacement or corrective action shall be subject to verification of the reported issue and the applicable order terms.
